Black Star is a Black Hoppy 3.5% Ale. The name comes from the summit of Honister Crag. The Black and White photo used on the pump clip shows it's craggy face.

Using Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt, Black Malt, Roast Barley and Wheat Malt this ale has a colour to match it’s name.
